Numbers That Tell the Story of a Company

Workshop for Managers and Business Owners

You do not have to be an accountant to make sound business decisions.

The best managers do not analyze every number. Instead, they know which numbers truly matter and what questions should be asked about them.

During the workshop, we teach how to read a company’s financial results in a simple and practical way and how to use them to make better business decisions.

We do not teach accounting.

We teach business thinking.

During the workshop, participants will learn:

* how to assess a company’s financial condition in a short time,

* which numbers have the greatest impact on a manager’s decisions,

* how to interpret the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement without specialist financial knowledge,

* when sales growth does not mean profit growth,

* how to recognize the first signs of a company’s deteriorating situation,

* what questions are worth asking during management board meetings.

How do we work?

The workshop is based on the analysis of real financial statements and business case examples.

Together, we interpret the data, discuss the possible reasons behind the results, and consider what decisions a manager would make in a given situation.

It is an active form of learning that develops analytical skills, critical thinking, and decision-making.

Who is it for?

* managers,

* department managers,

* business owners,

* management board members,

* people preparing to take on managerial positions.

Workshop outcome

Participants leave with the ability to quickly identify the information hidden in numbers and with greater confidence when discussing company performance and planning further business development.
