Kwiatkowski Language School offers Polish language classes for foreigners, English lessons, tutoring, and assistance with foreign-language homework.
Kwiatkowski Translation Office – translations from Polish into Ukrainian and Russian, and vice versa, with its website www.lektor-kwiatkowski.pl. This direction was chosen intentionally and is strongly linked to the OSK Kwiatkowski activity, as OSK Kwiatkowski mainly focuses on teaching driving to individuals who speak Ukrainian and Russian. Learners of OSK Kwiatkowski not only receive training in a familiar language, but can also obtain training materials or translations of all kinds of documents and texts. Professional translations are handled by an expert — and at the same time my son, Jarosław Kwiatkowski.

I am the Head of the Marketing Department in a freight forwarding company. My main responsibilities include: positioning the company, creating new products and services, entering new markets, developing new directions, building the sales department, designing a training system for sales representatives, and increasing sales.
In 2023, I created a sales department whose work is based on the commercial and marketing procedures I designed and implemented. These procedures enable effective management of the marketing department and of sales representatives who have only just begun their journey in sales.
I developed a training system that allows sales representatives to progress — within a defined timeframe — from Junior Sales Representative to Marketing Specialist.
I am a Member of the Management Board and the Executive Director at the training company TSL Silesia Sp. z o.o.
In 2019, I introduced training and consulting products to the market for a forwarding and customs company: training, audits, and advisory services.
I developed and implemented a Code of Good Practices in the training company, as a result of which the company obtained the SUS 2.0 Certificate, enabling EU funding for its training programs (EFS).
I created and implemented an Employee Initiatives Program in the forwarding and customs company, which won the main PARP award in 2021.
I developed and implemented an internal training program in the forwarding and customs company, which received a distinction from PARP in 2022 in the “Employer of Tomorrow” category.
As part of the annual summary at TSL Silesia Sp. z o.o., I received a diploma for commitment, perseverance, and effectiveness in marketing, operational, and training activities.
I graduated from the Lviv Academy of Commerce, obtaining a specialist diploma confirming my qualifications as a manager, which — according to the decision of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education — is equivalent to a Polish master’s degree.
These studies provided me with a solid foundation in economics, management, and finance, which today form the basis of my training and consulting work.
In Poland, I continued my professional development by obtaining the title of Specialist in Management Accounting, awarded by the National Chamber of Accountants in Warsaw. Knowledge in corporate finance, controlling, and economic analysis has become an integral part of my training programs, which combine the perspective of both a business practitioner and a lecturer.
I am also a certified candidate for supervisory boards, having completed a course at IBD Business School, which covered corporate governance, company law, finance, and the responsibilities of supervisory bodies.
Complementing my qualifications is my entry on the list of customs agents, confirming my competencies in the field of international trade and TSL logistics.
Sailing is not only my passion but also a source of competencies that I use in my work with people.
On the water, just like in business, strategy, composure, and the ability to act in changing conditions matter. In my training programs, I combine sailing experience with knowledge of leadership and personal development.
